General Job Description:
Provide assistance to the front office administrative staff as follows:
• Assist with community display set ups
• Light lifting of display equipment
• Assist with advertising campaigns
• Cashier to receive funds at events such as BINGO
Experience/ Skills:
• Perform simple math
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently
• An interest in and sensitivity to issues related to communication and hearing loss
• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Access
• Must be able to work with confidential information and sigh a confidentiality agreement
• Dependable & reliable; demonstrate maturity, tact and patience
Qualifications:
• A satisfactory Criminal Police Information Request ( CPIC) required
• Knowledgeable of Deaf Cultural an asset.
• Legal minimum age required at time of application
